Delphi’s
Carob Chip Squares
2 c brown sugar
300 gm (8-10 oz) soft tofu
½ c oil
2 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
3+ c all purpose flour to make a stiff dough that can be rolled. 1 c carob chips
1 c walnut crumbs (opt)

Put first 3 ingredients into bowl, and beat
until smooth.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
3. Place on a sprayed cookie sheet, sprinkle with flour, easiest way to roll on a cookie sheet is with the pizza roller (Pictured below)

Bake at 350 F for 25-30 min,

Cool, cut into squares
